I really wanted to meet author Kim Karr - BUT SHIT! SHIT! SHIT! I HAVEN'T READ HER BOOK YET!!! What the hell am I supposed to say? Well, I went with honesty... so, with one eye closed and a bit of a cringe, I told her it's "on the list" and I can't wait to read it! I am also a huge dork and jumped on the chance to capitalize on my photo opportunity with Kim... as seen here (that's me on the left and Kim's on the right):
She was super nice and very personable and GUESS WHAT??? She offered up a signed paperback as a giveaway for you all once I post my review - yay for you guys!
SO! I am currently reading CONNECTED - the story has sucked me in I'm at 23% and I am about to have this lovely behind firmly planted in my reading spot for the remainder of the night - SO LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!!
Keep your eyes peeled for my review of CONNECTED, the first of two books that follows Dahlia London's story and I have heard that Dahlia's story is wrapped up with true love and a Happily-Ever-After ending - yay! It appears that there will be a total of six novels in this series - the last four will follow the secondary characters we meet in books 1 and 2.

Blurb:
What if a ‘Once in a Lifetime’ could happen twice?
Suffering from a past full of tragedy, Dahlia London's soul has been left completely shattered. Happily ever after is a far cry from reality in her world. But, when she is reconnected with her past, the bonds that form are irrefutable.
When River Wilde, lead singer of The Wilde Ones, comes back into Dahlia’s life, the intensity that fires their relationship combined with underlying feelings that have never died lead her to believe she has met her soulmate.
Struggling with confusion as old connections fade and new ones begin, Dahlia's grief begins to lift--but guilt remains. River wants to be the one to mend all that is torn within her.
But with a past that is never really gone, can their future survive?
