Review: A Bad Boy is Good to Find

A Bad Boy is Good to Find
A Bad Boy is Good to Find by Jennifer Lewis

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

A BAD BOY IS GOOD TO FIND may not be the best title for this novel, because the “bad boy” in question, Conroy Bale, is more like an angel all wrapped up in a hot and sexy package. He’s more like a reformed bad boy.

New York socialite, Lizzie Hathaway has never wanted for anything. Her family is loaded to the gills and Lizzie has no worries because her financial future has been secured by her deceased grandmother in the form of a very healthy inheritance. When her family fortune is suddenly gone and she doesn’t have a post to pee in, she soon discovers that her father is a sham, her fiancé is a gold digger and the solution to all her problems is most definitely at the bottom of a champagne bottle – NOT! When it appears that her life is scarcely worth living, the most unlikely hero rides in to save the day and it turns out her needs a little saving too.

A BAD BOY IS GOOD TO FIND had a bit of a PRETTY WOMAN (the movie) type vibe to it and was an enjoyable read. If you are looking for a “real bad boy” book, this might NOT be what you are looking for, but if you are in the mood for a sweet and sexy romance with a happily-ever-after-ending, then you are bound to enjoy this gem of a book.

Of course! It's a great book, I just thought the title was a little misleading :-)
