LOUP-GAROU FOR YOU is a scavenger hunt of a book where a plantation owner chases down clues in hot pursuit of both his heritage and his mate. His family tree is just a little furrier than most others. This hilarious yet exciting werewolf tale is told from the perspective of Aubert Marston on the eve of his 27^th birthday. A hundred friends and neighbors are on their way for the biggest event of the year, his estate trustee has shown up a day early with dire warnings, and odd things like ham theft keep happening around the house. Aubert is having strange dreams from which he awakens covered in lots of silky hair, and a strange new servant girl, Corrine, is teasing him out of his mind. Poor Aubert is caught in the middle of a tornado of supernatural proportions.

This story has it all, and the author deftly weaves together the various threads to create a truly unique adventure. It's fun and hilarious. Aubert never knows what's going to happen next and readers will love finding out with him. The historical bayou setting feels sultry and enticing, and even minor characters have their own special flair. The only thing missing is more. I want to spend more time with each situation and each character.

There is plenty of hot sex and in all kinds of varieties. Author Katalina Leon found ways to include vignettes with female/female, threesome, male/male, and light bondage action. It seems to fit in with both the adventure and party atmosphere of the setting. Aubert also has dreams, which include flashback sequences of a very romantic nature, while the merry chase on which Corrine leads him keeps the story moving along nicely.

Aubert's mounting frustration with his changing physique is tangible, and his various servants provide comic relief. He is a very sympathetic character while still remaining strong and smart. Corrine is a mystery for much of story as we only get glimpses of both her personality and her bloomers. She's enticing though and you'll cheer Aubert on madly as he chases her.

LOUP-GAROU FOR YOU is a delightful read, which goes by far too quickly.
