Everyone has expectations when looking for a lifelong companion, sort of a check list of compatibility traits. My mother always said, "If you don't see yourself marrying the man, then why even go on a date with him in the first place?" Ssshhh, don't tell her, but she was right, what's the point? Candy isn't hard to please, she really just has one requirement of the men she dates and if they don't pass, then there definitely won't be a follow up date! The one thing that you can count on with Candy, is that if her dates don't make her toes curl and her panties wet with a kiss, then the beau has got to go!

Her best friend, Erica is determined to set her up with one of her hot cousins, but so far, no one has passed the test and she is running out of single family members with a Y chromosome. When Levi walks through the restaurant doors, everything about him screamed REAL-LIVE-COWBOY! When he speaks, the sexy baritone of his voice slides over Candy like hot fudge on a sundae. She is mesmerized by this perfect creature in a cowboy's skin. Levi was instantly attracted to her elegant simplicity and as far as he can tell, she was the perfect sweet treat to curb his cravings for something delectable. Determined to break through her barrier and get to know her better, he invites Candy back to his farm to see just how well the city girl fits in with the farm hands. His father always told him no matter what he was doing, he had to own it. Yes, that includes his woman too! When it comes to making decisions, there is no time for hesitation. He can tell the attraction is mutual, but he senses her hesitation at the slightest touch and although he doesn't want to scare her, he wants to own what he feels is his and he is definitely feeling that Candy is his.

CANDY'S KISSES is one of my new favorites - what a treat! I can't wait to see what else Carys Weldon has in her bag of tricks! There is just the right amount of sweet and heat to leave you feeling sated. CANDY'S KISSES will make you scream, "Ditch her and own me!"
