Review: Whisper Falls

Whisper Falls
Whisper Falls by Toni Blake

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The residents of the small town of Destiny love to leave, but it seems that they eventually return to their roots. It's a town where the good girls enjoy stepping outside the box in order to break all of society's rules by hooking up with the most unlikely men. This third book is no exception!

Tessa left Destiny with the intention of making it big in the city as an interior designer. Lucky left the small town in search of acceptance. Determined to make the best of the unexpected changes in their lives, they both reluctantly return to Destiny. Ultimately they find what they have always longed for in their lives.

Lucky is a walking cliche. You can't judge a book by its cover. Although he looks rough and tough and mean, he really is a good person and has changed from that outlaw biker that his image projects. If only he could get everyone he cares about to see that he has changed...or maybe he just needs to believe it himself. You can't change a tiger's stripes. When he is faced with a tough situation, he has to choose what side of the law he wants to be on. No matter which way he chooses to go, he could lose the one person he loves most, Tessa. Seeing his internal struggle with the person he wants to be and the person he once was is heart wrenching.

In a nutshell, the romance is smokin' hot and the story is fantastic. You cannot help but love the characters in this quaint little town called Destiny and I am anxiously waiting for the next installment!

This is another slam dunk for Toni Blake! She never disappoints.
